I help women over 40, frustrated by weight gain, learn how and what to eat for their unique body so they can finally shed stubborn fat and manage their weight for life. 

I'm on a mission to help women find their most confident self. So many women I interact with are struggling big time with their inability to take off weight they have put on in middle age. It has caused them to feel completely frustrated and often hopeless. It's no wonder they are confused by all the conflicting information out there about diets. And now, after 40, they wonder how their changing hormones factor in. I LOVE seeing the transformation that happens physically, but mostly emotionally, once these women utilize my science-backed and evidence-based methods and finally lose the weight, minimize symptoms of peri/menopause and build a healthier relationship with food. Not only do they visibly appear more confident, they approach life with a renewed sense of optimism, energy and fearlessness.

I am a certified nutritionist and certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also a 47-year-old mom of three who, just like you, struggled to take off that extra 10 or 15 pounds that seemed to come from nowhere and wouldn't go away no matter how hard I worked out or how well I thought I was eating. UNTIL, I cracked the code.
