As a middle-aged mom of three, weightlifter and marathon runner who strives to look and feel my best, I am intimately familiar with the challenges of having big goals and trying to juggle them with real life. Losing weight and getting fit over 40 can feel daunting and even downright maddening. My tried and true, completely unique method cuts through the clutter of confusing nutrition and fitness information, and disbands the deluge of guidance promoting restrictive, unsustainable behaviors. This is not just "macro coaching."

They tell me they've tried everything from intermittent fasting and Keto, to cleanses, macro tracking and "just eating as little as possible." Despite their efforts in the kitchen and the gym, they still feel like they aren't making progress.
They wonder what they should be doing differently and feel overwhelmed by conflicting information in the media and confused by influencers who offer endless advice and opinions on nutrition and fitness.
I commonly hear from women who are tired of restrictive diets, and rigid behaviors that require them to weigh their food, avoid foods they enjoy, track every morsel they consume forever, and take measurements of their body every week. It causes them to have an unhealthy mindset that feels obsessive and unsustainable. They wonder how their own habits are rubbing off on their daughters.
The women I hear from are busy juggling work and housework, parenting and endless to-do lists. They question whether they really have the time and the bandwidth to focus the energy they feel is necessary to really make this the year they finally "lose that 10 pounds," "get toned," "wear pants again," or "eat mindfully."

We'll start with a goal setting and energy needs assessment meeting and then I provide you with your own individualized energy intake plan. For a limited time, you'll also receive my Nutrition 101 & Best Practices Guidebook for free! I won't disappear for the week and let you go it alone.
