As a middle-aged mom of three, weightlifter and marathon runner who strives to look and feel my best, I am intimately familiar with the challenges of having big goals and trying to juggle them with real life. Losing weight and getting fit after 40 can feel daunting and even downright maddening. My tried and true, completely unique method cuts through the clutter of confusing nutrition and fitness information, and disbands the deluge of guidance promoting restrictive, unsustainable behaviors. This is not just "macro coaching."

They tell me they've tried everything from intermittent fasting and Keto, to cleanses, macro tracking and "just eating as little as possible." Despite their efforts in the kitchen and the gym, they still feel like they aren't making progress.
They lose a little and then gain it back. Or they can't lose anything at all! What used to "work" doesn't work any more. They are "eating clean," tracking their food, and exercising and nothing is changing.
They wonder what they should be doing differently and feel overwhelmed by conflicting information in the media and confused by influencers who offer endless advice and opinions on nutrition and fitness. They feel like they've tried it all and nothing is moving the needle.

My 7 step process begins with an assessment of your current habits and health. We'll discuss your goals and barriers and I'll walk you down the path that will be most effective for you.
We'll meet for 30 minutes each week and we'll baby step our way through every phase of my method where you'll learn when to eat, what to eat, and how to effectively feed your body to set your metabolism on fire!
